Over the past three years, SWAGWOR has supported women rebuilding their lives in fragile and conflict-affected contexts by equipping them with practical business skills, start-up support, and ongoing mentorship. Through our entrepreneurship, agriculture, and leadership initiatives, women have launched micro-enterprises, strengthened their household incomes, and increased their participation in community decision-making. Beyond income generation, our programmes restore dignity, confidence, and agency , enabling women not only to survive, but to lead and contribute meaningfully to their communities. We measure our impact not only by the number of businesses started, but by the long-term resilience and economic independence women achieve.
